Bedford Plaza Hotel - Boston

Went for a weekend to Boston and got an Airbnb. Airbnb was awful and had trouble looking for hotels since most age requirement is 21 to check in. They were very nice and accommodating. Location is amazing if you plan to go to Boston and not directly stay in Boston or any other surrounding locations. Room was also very clean as well as the rest of the hotel with their pool and gym and even breakfast tables in the mornings. If I come back to Boston you best believe I’m staying here!

The rooms were big, pool looked nice but didnt go in. Its was quiet until the weekend. I had a couple fighting on the floor above me. My only issue really was the breakfast. They only had waffles everyday. I was hoping for variety at least eggs and bacon one day.

The truth is, I wanted to give five stars in every category because I just came back from a hospital and rehab after recovering from spinal cord surgery. While I was there, this hotel was where my girlfriend and fiancé, Lisa, stayed. She said they were extremely nice to her, and I'm really grateful to the hotel for treating her fairly and giving her such great service. It is close to her work, affordable, amazingly clean, and amazingly well-kept and well-run. It's probably an underutilized hotel in the greater Boston area. They have rooms here for weddings and everything; I can't think of anybody who would be disappointed staying in one of these rooms for the price this hotel has. It’s been a pleasure, and hopefully we're going to stay here for a little longer. I just wanted to say what a good place it was, and everybody who reads this should come here if they're going to be staying in the area and need hotel services. As always, I have a million—and now it's up to 1.7 million views because of these reviews. They're important here and there, and this one's a good one for a good place. Kevin S. Gallagher

Centrally located to a lot of things within walking distance. Coffee machine, refrigerator in room. Bedding, pillows are SO comfortable! All the staff from concierge, check in, door man, bartenders, housekeeping so friendly and always eager to help.

Hotel is exactly what you pay for with what you see on Google, and reading other people's reviews leaves me confused because the beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and accommodated the two of us just fine. Pool and food looked good even though we didn't utilize them. It was extremely quiet and it was conveniently placed close to Salem which we were visiting. Definitely considering going back if we ever visit Salem again. And will definitely recommend to others for an easy stay.

THis hotel has served us well for several years now. It's location is convenient and easy to access. Service is eager to please and if anything in the room is insufficient, they make it up quickly. Breakfast is basic and usually not available because I have early appointments (before breakfast is served) but the rooms are clean, quiet and well groomed. Yes, it's old, but it is comfortable.

A true example of management doing the best they can with what they have. Rooms are very dated, the pool was closed, and the breakfast served is minimal - HOWEVER - The front desk and housekeeping were extremely friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean! If you are not looking to spend a lot of time in your room or the hotel in general, the accommodations are adequate.

Great place to stay. Will be staying here again in the future! Affordable, clean, comfortable, nice staff, & complimentary breakfast! Just wish there were more drink options with breakfast because all we saw was a hot pitcher of water & tea bags. Other than that, we are happy with our stay.
